I fully agree with METAL's suggestion. As Butsugiri Jason also pointed out, the management should not just publish criticisms, but reflect those opinions and implement reforms. All of the suggestions will not lead to any increase in costs, so why not give it a try and see how the members react? Everyone who has written their opinions is seriously thinking about "reviving the great site of the past."
